The paper aims to optimize the civil aviation service channel and to explore improving the user experience in the process of civil aviation passenger service channel. Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic development, thanks to this, the civil aviation industry also get rapid development, rapid development of civil aviation passenger service speed, also in many ways to produce a series of problems to improve and solve the problem. This paper mainly based on China’s civil aviation passenger services that exist in a series of limitations, respectively from the focus on security service awareness, deepen the cognition of the cost, improve the culture existing in the development of short board, quality optimization consciousness raising space, policy and system to perfect the direction on the analysis of the several dimensions, such as to perfect and development of civil aviation passenger service optimization channel. In this paper is to improve the optimal path of civil aviation services, mainly using the system analysis, comparative analysis, PESTE analysis and other analysis methods, from the perspective of multiple channels and, all-round optimization channel exploration and analysis, it is concluded that to optimize the civil aviation passenger service security management, promote the market of civil aviation passenger service ability and culture connotation, established to improve the service quality target and implementation plan, improve the optimization of civil aviation passenger service performance of the system construction and so on several important counter-measures and solutions, to optimize and perfect our country’s civil aviation passenger service experience level.
