| Expanding the contract farming cooperation model between farmers and enterprises as an effective way to solve contradictory between small producers and big market are widely respected. However, with the deepening of this cooperation model, the operation of the process also exposes more and more problems, cooperation between the two sides is not always close, even very unstable. For this reason, in the past, scholars mostly found out the cause from the perspective of main feature of farmers or leading enterprises, the specification or rationalization of the two sides signed a written contract,the defects of some regulatory. However, some scholars have pointed out that in the farmers-enterprises cooperation mode, there exists not only the economic exchange relations, but also social exchange relationship. Stability of the partnership of farmers with leading companies is not only influenced by their dominant signed contract, so we must research deeply to find some hidden influences between leading enterprises and farmers, that is psychological contract content.Based on psychological contract violation theory, when one considers the other does not, or not fully fulfill its responsibilities or obligations to be undertaken in the psychological contract, they will perceive the psychological contract violation, and then produce disappointment, anger, hatred and other emotions and emotional responses,then cause the relationship not close or even unstable. Based on this, this paper analyzes the impact of psychological contract violation on the stability of cooperation between farmers and leading enterprises from the perspective of psychological contract violation;In addition, the paper also introduces the variable of farmers’ perceived organizational justice, organizational perceived justice first appeared in the research of a variety of relationships in organizations, is an perceived justice of individuals or groups in organizations. Later, some scholars apply it to partnerships between organizations, and refers to the perception fairness degree of one party to its partners. As an situational atmosphere factors, which will weaken or superimposed the negative effects of psychological contract violation caused. Therefore, this study analyzed the main effects of partnership stability of farmers’ perceived psychological contract violation put on farmers and leading enterprises, while explored the moderating effects of farmers’ perceived organizational justice in this process. Conclusions of this study are shown as follow: farmers’ perception psychological contract violation have a negative impact on the stability of the cooperative relationship with leading enterprises.; farmers’ perception transactional(relational) psychological contract violation have a positive impact on farmers’ tendency of breach of contract; farmers’ perception transactional(relational) psychological contract violation have a negative impact on farmers willingness to renew contract; farmers’ perceived organizational justice regulates the relationship between farmers’ perceived psychological contract violation and the stability of the partnership with leading enterprises, farmers perceived the stronger of the organizational justice,the weaker the impact of psychological contract violation on the stability of the partnership with leading enterprises; Farmers’ perceived procedural justice(interpersonal equity) regulates the relationship between farmers’ perceived transactional(relational) psychological contract violation and farmers breach tendencies,farmers perceived the stronger of procedural justice(interpersonal equity), the weaker the impact of transactional(relational) psychological contract violation on farmers’ breach tendencies; Farmers’ perceived procedural justice(interpersonal equity)regulates the relationship between farmers’ perceived transactional(relational)psychological contract violation and farmers’ renewed contract willingness, farmers’ perceived the stronger of procedural justice(interpersonal equity), the weaker the impact of transactional(relational) psychological contract violation on farmers’ renewed contract willingness. |
