In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s private economy and the inter-regional flows of private capital, geopolitical chamber of commerce has made leapfrog development. By the end of 2014, the total number of geopolitical chamber of commerce at and above the county level has reached to 4733 in our country,which means that geopolitical chamber of commerce has already become an integral part of the Chinese market economy. Geopolitics chamber of commerce takes geopolitics as a link and emphasizes the provincialism of chamber members.Internal sense of identity among the members of the chamber makes it easier to build mutual trust, norms of reciprocity, and informal mechanism like mutual supervision and reputation mechanism, which means that it is much easier to accumulate social capitals inside it. Meanwhile, in order to strengthen the effect of organization and enhance social credibility, the chamber often maintains close links with the public and the domestic and geopolitical brothers Chamber of commerce. In the survey found that The inside and outside social capitals of geopolitical chamber of commerce play a huge positive role in the market economy.Through the study of social theory and the literature of geopolitical chamber of commerce, combining with the current development of geopolitical chamber of commerce, this article constructs the analysis framework of social capitals value of geopolitical chamber of commerce, I divide social capitals of geopolitical chamber of commerce into micro, meso and macro trust network, and analysis definitely the value of the social capitals to its every node of mutual trust network, which includes its member companies, external partners and the society. Based on elaborate analysis,this thesis holds the opinion that the size of the organization, leadership qualities,governance, service capabilities, interoperability, communication mechanism, the management system and the extent of government attention are the main internal and external factors affecting the value of social capitals in geopolitical. Through establishing effective communication and creating a credible service type chamber,increase its economic function and social function, perfect management of theGeopolitics Chamber of commerce, to guide the development of the chamber reasonably, and to expand the value of social capitals in the geopolitical chamber of commerce.This article’s innovations are: The first, in research content, this paper focuses on social capitals value of geopolitical chamber of commerce. At present, most scholars focuses on social capital of communities and enterprises, and a little study of social capitals of geopolitical chamber of commerce. Meanwhile, most scholars focus on generating mechanism, effect, governance of geopolitical chamber of commerce, scarcely study social capitals value of geopolitical chamber of commerce.The second, on research ideas, combine with the current development of geopolitical chamber of commerce, this article constructs the analysis framework of social capitals value of geopolitical chamber of commerce. These are meaningful to the study of social theory and the literature of geopolitical chamber of commerce.
