But with the deepening of our research question, in recent years, some scholarsthought it is the company of some of the key figures, such as a CEO or senior managers ofsome behavior will also direct or indirect influence on enterprise performance, so this articlewill from the authorization of the CEO, through integration of senior management teamconduct mediation role, to study whether effective positive effect on business performance.In this paper, after reading a large number of literature, by the managers are very payattention to enterprise performance as the dependent variable, charge behavior to CEO andsenior management team conduct integrated respectively as independent variables and themediation variables, to verify the relationship between the three.
