| Enterprise performance has always been one of our management and the goal of theenterprise staff, from the initial normative articles to the present empirical study, the domesticand foreign scholars also rises from the parties face has a more profound discussion onenterprise performance, both from the corporate governance and the scientific researchinvestment. But with the deepening of our research question, in recent years, some scholarsthought it is the company of some of the key figures, such as a CEO or senior managers ofsome behavior will also direct or indirect influence on enterprise performance, so this articlewill from the authorization of the CEO, through integration of senior management teamconduct mediation role, to study whether effective positive effect on business performance.In this paper, after reading a large number of literature, by the managers are very payattention to enterprise performance as the dependent variable, charge behavior to CEO andsenior management team conduct integrated respectively as independent variables and themediation variables, to verify the relationship between the three. Through a questionnaire torecover the process of questionnaire, the data selection and processing, with SPSS19.0, theinspection of relevant assumptions and draw the following conclusion: CEO authorization toa certain extent to the enterprise’s senior management team has significant positive influenceon behavior consolidation, the more to the authorization, executive team behavior integrationdegree is higher, and vice versa. Executive team behavioral integration degree and enterpriseperformance, executive team behavior integration degree is higher, the higher the corporateperformance, and vice versa; Senior management team conduct integration in CEOauthorization behavior and enterprise performance plays an intermediary role between thesenior management team behavior integration among the transfer effect. |
