Resaearch On The Mode Of Logistics Cost Of H Company From The View Of Supply Chain

Auto industry, as a pillar industry of China’s national economy, has got a gooddeveloping situation. With the rapid development of economic globalization andscience and technology, logistics enterprise, as “the third profit source” of anenterprise, has become a new direction of the economic development, and itsimportant role and status is also becoming apparent increasingly, and itsdevelopment reflects the development requirements of society and economy.Through looking up literature, we find that, in the auto industry today,procurement logistics of parts is the most important link, but also the mostdifficult and the most complex link. Now in the eyes of many entrepreneurs,procurement logistics is still considered as the functions supporting business,which serves for the production logistics and distribution logistics, and fewpeople consider procurement logistics as the strategic core content of anenterprise. Based on the wide reading and researches on literature and data athome and abroad, the paper systematically expounds the relevant theoreticalknowledge and practical application cases of procurement logistics of automobilemanufacturing enterprise, providing theoretical basis for the optimization of HCompany’s auto procurement logistics. Based on the field surveys and interviewsof the enterprise for one year, according to the actual situation of the company,we conduct in-depth researches and analysis on problems and causes of theseproblems in existing procurement logistics.According to the problems in procurement logistics of the enterprise, weoptimize its procurement logistics business model, procurement logistics businessprocesses, warehouse management and supplier management respectively, so weachieve the optimization of H Company’s auto procurement logistics on thewhole. The optimization of the company’s procurement logistics is mainlyconducted from the aspects of its procurement logistics business model,procurement logistics business processes, warehouse management, supplier management and construction of procurement logistics information system, inorder to optimize the enterprise’s procurement logistics business processes,improve the warehouse layout, promote the quality of parts supplier, establish theevaluation index system of third-party logistics providers, and perfect theprocurement logistics information system.
