In our country, the economic strength of central and eastern regions as the typical gap,Talent aggregation not only is that the talents occur in a region or an industry of massconcentration phenomenon, but also is the process of achieving optimal allocation of talents,it produces the economic effects of1+1>2, which make the talent aggregation Highland takesthe lead in realizing economic development. so the talent aggregation is the main drivingforce to achieve the economic catch-up of the central region. However, the outstandingtalents often have will of gathering to the East, so that the less developed central areais in unfavorable situation of large amount of talent loss at present, Often found in the reviewof related literature, most scholars put forward to the view of "the sustainability of economicgrowth depends on the talent aggregation", but the research of "economic level alsodetermines the emergence and development of talent aggregation" is less. Therefore, thispaper attempts to explore the relationship between economic growth and the talentaggregation in the view of interaction, has a certain practical significance of breaking throughthe bottleneck of problem of the talent aggregation in central area, and achieving the benigninteraction between the talent aggregation and economic growth in central region. The paper puts the central and eastern regions as the research objects, based on the studyof relevant literature of home and abroad scholars, combined the research method of theoryanalysis and empirical analysis, to reveals the interactive relationship between the talentaccumulation and economic growth. First of all, related research on talent accumulationand economic growth as the theory support, defines the scope of statistics personnel, the otherrelated conceptions of talent accumulation, economic growth, and distinguish the conceptionsof talent resources and human resources. Then according to the related literature, expoundsthe interaction mechanism of talent aggregation and economic growth; secondly, comparesthe present situation of talent aggregation and economic growth of the main area of centralregion to of eastern region, then select the added value of GDP per capita and the degree oftalent aggregation as the corresponding measures, and respectively establishes panel datamodels using eviews6.0statistical software, using the measurement methods, such asCointegration test, Granger Causality, to obtain the empirical results. From the results, analysis the influence of economic growth on the degree of talent aggregation, and study theinteractive relationship between the two variables in central and eastern regions. In addition, calculates the coordination of talent aggregation and economic growth in central and easternregions through the coordination of formula. Finally, put forward the relevant policy suggestions.Studies have shown that: Talent accumulation and economic growth is a processof mutual dependence and mutual promotion. In the comparative analysis of central regionand eastern region found that:(1) The central region’s economic strength and the level oftalent aggregation are lagging behind the eastern region; while the central and eastern regions’structure of talent aggregation, have deviated from the talents of industrial structure atdifferent degree in the first, second and tertiary industries, but the unreasonable situation ofthe structure distribution of talent aggregation is more serious in central area;(2) Consideringthe interactive relationship, in the eastern region, talent accumulation and economic growthform the benign interaction, they reinforce each other. In the central area, theeconomic growth has significant effect on the talent aggregation, However, talentaggregation has no remarkable effect on economic growth;(3) In the degree of economicgrowth influence on talent aggregation, the coefficient of central and eastern regionrespectively is0.882and0.913, indicating a greater level of eastern economic attraction oftalent;(4) The overall coordination of talent aggregation and economic growth is good ineastern regions, in contrast, the coordination of central region is relatively weak.
