Study On Biding And Bid Evaluation Of Materials Procurement In Rare Earth Company

Bidding is one of the common methods of material procurement. Nowadays moreand more enterprises have been frequent used of tendering procurement way in ourcountry, and for the company’s actual situation, the bidding method is optimized. Rareearth industry is currently emerging industries, and its bidding is different from otherindustries due to its special nature. Therefore, according to the characteristics of the rareearth industry to develop appropriate procurement tender process, and then usingsystematic and scientific evaluation methods to provide decision support, which candevelop the enormous value of rare earth enterprises in more depth.By summarizing the research status related to the supplies purchasing by bidding,the purpose and significance of this paper is proposed. In the premise of learning thetheory of the supplies purchasing by bidding, evaluation index of rare earths projectmaterials tendering procurement is divided, and the current common evaluationmethods is analyzed further. On the basis of summing up the current status of rare earthsproject materials tendering procurement, the existing problems and the reasons for theproblems in the tender process is analyzed. The rare earths project materials areclassified according to its characteristics. The evaluation index system and evaluationmodel are established respectively for the general supplies and critical supplies in rareearths project materials. Finally, according to the existing problems in the tender process,the targeted recommendation to improve the management level of rare earths projectmaterial procurement is proposed. In this paper, through researching the biddingmanagement system of rare earths project material procurement, designed to develop areasonable, effective and scientific material procurement system in order to improve itsbidding management level.
