Due to the promotion of urbanization, the development of social economy, thebooming population and the increasing pressure of ground transportation, subway playsan increasingly essential role in modern city’s transportation system, and became anvital transportation of people’s daily traveling. However, subway and subway station areunderground construction, therefore natural lighting is unable to be used, which makesartificial light environment control and optimizing strategy a primary issue. At present,most subway stations in China are utilizing traditional lighting system, which althoughmeet the demand, cannot perform well in the area of intelligent control, energy savingand environment comfort of light etc. As a result, developing intelligent lighting controlof subway station is becoming pressing need.This essay based on the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China”Artificial Light Environment Optimizing of Flowing Space and The Research of EnergySaving”, and the functions and features of subway station, which also analyzed thefunctional requirements and the structure of system of artificial light control system,conclude with a overall design scheme to this system. Research on the settings ofsubway station’s lighting contextual mode, and designed artificial lighting controller,with the utilizing of arithmetic achieved the function of artificial lighting control. Themain research concludes:(1)Analyzed the features of city subway station’s light environment, and researchon the effectiveness of the passenger, drew Visual Ergonomics into subway station’slighting design, therefore achieve the true combination of artificial and comfortable.(2)From the view of Visual Ergonomics, research on the demand of the passenger, Formulating controlling strategy based on the lighting mode,then confirming theoptimal allocation of illuminance, uniformity and color temperature etc.(3)Studying the advantage and disadvantage of fuzzy inference and artificialneutral network, then combining both units by using artificial intelligence controlalgorithm of fuzzy neutral network to control the artificial luminous environment ofsubway station.(4)Aiming at the designing of artificial light control scheme and CAN fieldbustechnology. As a result, designed the artificial light controller as well as STM32as thecore. Appling artificial light control on the basis of real-time environment of subwaystation.
