Along with the rapid development of society, a variety of new marketing methods andbusiness models emerging, along with increasingly fierce market competition. Competitionamong enterprises in the modern enterprise depends largely on the level of human resourcemanagement. Human resources as an important resource, its status and role have becomeincreasingly prominent. And Mid-level manger in the enterprise due to commitments withthe nexus, bridge uploaded issued, their level of ability, and even has become a key factorto maintain competitive advantage in the market and to promote sustainable development ofenterprises, and therefore build effective training of middle managers system is animportant issue in the development of every business must face. Corporate Mid-levelmanger training should be a systematic project, must be combined with businessdevelopment business strategy, development goals and develop a clear business direction,and give full consideration to the specific needs of the trainees, clear corporatedevelopment for Mid-level manger capabilities required quality, comprehensive analysis ofthe gaps between the existing middle managers and business development needs, therebyseeking to develop practical training programs and continuing its constantly adjust andimprove. Meanwhile, enterprises should implement a series of safeguards to ensure thesmooth implementation of the training program, and thus enhance the ability to achieve thelevel of middle management, and enhance their overall quality, strengthen its expertise aimto provide a strong manpower for the development of enterprises resources and support.Therefore, in order to improve the level of modern management focus on cultivating anumber of strategic vision, innovation, business savvy, socially responsiblehigh-performance Mid-level manger, to build a scientific, practical and targeted trainingsystem for Enterprise has a very important practical significance.In this paper, the theoretical analysis and take a combination of research, literaturecollection, observation, data collection, research in many ways, the situation and the statusof W’s training management for Mid-level manger, a detailed description andcomprehensive analysis. On this basis, the full consideration of business developmentstrategies, capacity needs and subjective needs of the job responsibilities of Mid-levelmanger, research scientific and rational design of training programs. And from organizations, institutions, resource to establish three levels of training security system toensure the smooth implementation of the training, to achieve tangible results.
