As the development of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises ismore violent, and gradually upgrades the competition for talent. High quality talentsbecome the most important assets of enterprises. Therefore, in the business management,human resources management has become the core of enterprise management, andperformance appraisal as an important part, is an important tool for improving theenterprise and employee job performance, therefore, to design a set of scientific andreasonable performance appraisal system, to the formation of the enterprise culture and theenterprise can develop continuously healthy, stable, is playing an increasingly importantrole.In this paper, Shengda decoration companies as the sample, combined with the currentstaff performance appraisal methods, through collecting data, field investigation, literatureanalysis and other methods, to investigate and analyze the performance appraisal systemand the specific conditions of the status quo of internal company Shengda decorationcompany’s, analyzing performance appraisal problems which existed in the office. Thepaper puts forward the optimization scheme of the original performance appraisal program,with the help of KPI, the360theories, and designs the performance appraisal measures toensure smooth, principle and implementation. The new performance appraisal system forenterprise employees have more comprehensive display of the actual situation, helpmanagers to make human resource allocation decisions, at the same time, we can improvethe staff’s working enthusiasm, arouse their work enthusiasm, thereby reducing the highturnover rate, promote the level of enterprise performance management ascension hasimportant significance, to guarantee the sustainable development of the competitiveness ofenterprises.At the same time, also hope that through the rise of up to company performanceappraisal system, providing the beneficial reference for the construction and decorationindustry performance evaluation system.
