| Intermediate business refers to the non-Interest income business of a commercialbanks which does not belong to the on-balance sheet assets and liabilities. In most westcountries, the intermediate business income has become an important profit source of acommercial bank. As china’s financial system reform deepens, and the social and economicdevelopment promotes financial demands, the domestic banks has started to value theintermediate business. From earning the interest margin-based income to earning theservice-based income, the intermediate business has become the direction of thedevelopment of banking.Tangshan is the economic center of the province, which has gathered large numbers ofmarket entities. It has the most abundant financial resources in the province, while faces themost intense market competition as well. The looming problem is how to win continuouslyin competition. Under this background, it has very important realistic significance for CCBto study how to further improve the intermediary business in Tangshan, and promote thedevelopment of intermediary business all over the province.This thesis starts from the basic concept of "intermediate business", analyzing thepresent condition and existing problems of intermediary businesses for CCB’s Tangshanbranch. It creates external and internal environment evaluation matrixes to analyze theexternal and internal environment. By using SWOT and some other tools, the paper givesadvices for developing intermediate businesses of CCB in Tangshan city. It also putsforward many relevant internal management strategies about product, internal managementetc. |
