The Research On International Cash Pooling Operation Management Of Eh Company

The Thesis firstly analyzes the formation and the operation managementmode of the funds pooling in different countries. International Funds Pool isour focuses content after consideration of how effectively allocate, cash flowcontrol, how convenient and simple management of international cash, Afteranalysis the current cash status of “East Hope Group”, we are consideringto use the “e-bank” solution from International Banking system （likeBOA etc）to consolidate all of the different countries’ bank account. TheThesis also analysis on how to control and avoid the exchange rate riskbetween different countries. After consideration of East Hope`s actual statusand also my personal working experience, we try to find out a better solutionto use international E-BANK to control and manage the Worldwide Cashflow efficiently, conveniently, and quickly to avoid any potential ExchangeRate Loss and decrease the loan interest and any Financial Fee to get moreprofit for the Group’s Cash flow.
