The Strategic Study Speeding Up The Development Of The Science And Technology To People’s Livelihood Of Inner Mongolia

Accelerating the development of civil technology is an inevitable trend in thedevelopment of modern science and technology, and it is also an inevitable choice to correctthe negative effects of social development, so it ultimately is the inevitable requirements forthe harmonious development of society. In recent years, the Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion, which driven by both national and local forces, has implemented a series of majorprojects that closely related with people’s livelihood, the livelihood of autonomous region hasmade considerable progress. However, the problems of population health, ecologicalmanagement and public safety still exist, which has caused profound impact over theeconomic development and the harmony of society. The measures of sorting out thetheoretical results of civil technology, summarizing the important initiatives and the principaleffectiveness of civil technology of Mongolia Autonomous Region and further thinking ofmeeting people’s most concerned, most direct and most practical interests demand on the basisof reference of experience of civil technology at home and abroad will have a certainreferential significance.The essence of civil technology is to make all people share the results of reform anddevelopment through technological innovation. The development of civil technology mustadhere to the principle of the priority, the publicity, the humanity and the effectiveness. ForThere is still much lack of innovation impetus, scientific input and promotion in the processof civil technology development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, as well as theimmature technological intermediary institutions and imperfection of relevant laws andinspection mechanisms. We should further clarify the key areas of civil technologydevelopment of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on the basis of experience referencefrom other provinces, and put forth efforts on the construction of "Diamond-type" innovativedevelopment model and the "Trinity" mechanism containing input, process and output.
