As pressure of the internal andexternal non-performing loans increases, it has badly affected the healthydevelopment of the bank.Harbin Bank is a city commercial bank which has finished successfully thetransformation from its crossing area business to a national shareholdingcommercial bank. The Bank has learned the restructuring experience innon-performing loan management from those state-owned commercial banks. Afterrestructuring, peeling and transferring, the bank has developed rapidly in recentyears and has successfully got rid of the burden of non-performing loans.Based on a large number of practice and research, from the angle of themanagement of non-performing loan of the bank, combined with the characteristicsof information system of the commercial bank, this thesis summarizes the problemand the opportunity Harbin Bank is now facing, presents the solution to protect theasset system by analyzing the research of work process on domestic bank assetpreservation, and realizes the normalization and standardization of asset protection.Simultaneous, the thesis gives the suggestions and advices on the development ofnon-performing loan management of the bank to make the bank develop in a healthyand orderly way, and guarantee effectively the business feature of petty loan inHarbin Bank.
