Tianjin Jinneng Investment Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company)since its inception in1992, after20years of development, growing scale, until the endof2011, total assets reached22.035billion yuan, with20holding companies, jointstock companies41, becoming theTianjin, one of the pillars of energy security.According to the company’s development strategy, the company planninginformation in accordance with the "unified planning, unified standards, hierarchicalmanagement, step by step," the guidelines, fully integrated group of companiescontrols and operationsactual needs in order to plan for the pilot to demand, enterprisecloud-based, application-core, with the goal of efficiency, integration of informationresources, clearly defined management and control model, build management andcontrol systems andcontrol systems process framework for the construction andoperation of efficient,controllable risk management in place of the group controlmode provides information technology support platform.Company information technology master plan includes "a set of standards, twosystems,three major platforms, eight applications", including the development of aunifiedinformation standards; establish and improve information security andoperation and maintenance support system; formation of structures in the group WANand Cloud Computing platform, covering the Group’s management and controlsystems and business operations applications platform for the company’s strategicdevelopment andimplementation of control group to provide support.This theoretical research and empirical research will combine project-basedmanagement perspective, combined TJIC current situation and future developmentneeds of the company, information technology planning, design and feasibilityanalysis. Through the company’s strategic understanding, control analysis, the overallblueprint of the IT system planning are analyzed, in order to fully demonstrateresearch information constructionfeasibility and rationality of planning, guiding thecompany to carry out information technology work.This is my school made after Master of Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjinunder I can invest in the company in charge of the specific work, the application ofstudyingengineering knowledge learned during the master, in the instructor’s guidance and help in organizing this information throughout constructionplanning and feasibility analysis, the results of this study has been company as aguiding idea,there is a strong operational and guiding significance.
