The Research On The Application Of Supply Chain Finance In The Automotive Industry

With the further development of economic globalization, the competitionbetween supply chains gradually replaced the competition between individualenterprises. It is difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chainto get loans from the commercial banks because of their imperfect managementsystem and opaque information system, which have negative effect on healthydevelopment of the whole supply chain. Supply chain finance business effectivelysolves the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. Inour country, many big commercial banks began to explore supply chain business.Although we have made significant achievements in the process of actual operation,there still exist some problems need to be improved.In our country, supply chain finance is mainly used in electric power, steel,automobile and other industries. This article chooses supply chain finance business ofZhengzhou branch as an example and chooses the relatively mature auto industrysupply chain management as the research object. The paper firstly reviews the relatedbasic theories of supply chain finance and describes the development of domesticautomobile supply chain finance business conditions briefly, then makes a detailedanalysis of supply chain of Z bank, Zhengzhou branch from four aspects: the businessimplementation necessity, the choice of the financing model, business results, and riskcontrol and on this basis points out that Z bank, Zhengzhou branch financial businessstill exists problems in the following aspects: risk assessment, selection of cooperativesupervision enterprises, operation process and the customer base establishment,finally proposes solving methods of the problems.
