| The thesis focus on the talent team construction for science popularization in GuangdongScience Center, the present situation and problems of which was analyzed and compared withthe bottleneck in talent developing of science popularization in China, based on that it proposedto increase financial input, cultivate their own professional talent team, introduce high-end talentand improve incentive mechanism. According to the modern needs and the development ofscience popularization, the article also expanded the concept of the talent for sciencepopularization, added a supplement to its properties and characteristics and made a furtherclassification of the talent team of science popularization.
