Study On The Optimization Of Fiscal Expenditure In Regions Of Xinjiang Southern

Because of the its special environment, economic development backward andiversification of social structure of three regions in the south of Xinjiang,it hasbecome the short board of the Xinjiang comprehensive, lasting restricting thedevelopment, but also the key to a breakthrough in Xinjiang leap forwarddevelopment. In recent years, the central and autonomous regions through the fiscalexpenditure on the three southern states of social economy and strong support, hasinitially formed the livelihood of the people, public services in areas such as therational development trend. But the low starting point and special guest factors stillexist, the demand of fiscal expenditure of Kezilsu Oblast, Kasgar and Hotan areascannot been effectively satisfied. The result displays that the specialcost factors have affect the development of public affairs in Kezilsu Oblast, Kasgarand Hotan areas. So,next then, the paper has dicussed the difference of fundationbetween11areas in Xinjiang, to explain the necessity of optimize the fiscalexpenditure of the three south regions.Finally, based on the analysis, hoping to give a force to the developmence of thethree southern states in Xinjiang, the paper has made many recommendations.
