Along with economic globalization, trade liberalization, the competition rule playsan important role in market economic. Fair, impartial, credible third party testingassume an increasingly important role in the trading parties. Inspection bodies andlaboratories according to various industries or fields enjoy mushroomingdevelopment.The state laboratory accreditation activities have become a majorfeature of our country.How to keep the vitality and power of laboratory development and then make itserves fair, efficient, accurate? Since the cost rise with blooding competition, we mustensure the laboratory technical ability grow steadily in order to promote the smoothprogress of the whole management system. This paper verified the laboratorymanagement system for with lean thinking which provides some new vitality for labconstruction and management, through process optimization, laboratory profit spaceimprovement,and core competitiveness rise, in order to remain invincible in the fiercecompetitive market.This paper firstly offers an overview of the emergence and development ofqualified evaluation and laboratory accreditation, then analysize the similarities anddifferences between the laboratory quality management system and ISO9000system,expounds the application of the new version of ISO/IEC17025quality managementin the eight principles. Make a brief overview of the development and application oflean thinking according to the China national accreditation. The overall summarycould be used for laboratory management system with lean thinking concerns. Thispaper focuses on serval aspects namely, reducing waste, promoting standardization,JIT, demand pull, improving sustainability, discusses the application of lean thinkingin the laboratory management system, covering management and technicalrequirements of laboratoryCite the lean thinking, define the value link, restructure value flow, then optimizethe laboratory processes and activities. The above methods effectively improve thelaboratory detection and response speed, simplify the unnecessary process, reduce thequeue wait, shorten the overall process time, improve the detection efficiency.Through achieving system implementation activities such as quality policy andobjectives, implementation, internal audit and management review, all participators insystem operation can be involved in improvement activities, fully preserving thelaboratory management system effectiveness, suitability and sustainability.
