With the development of commodity and the improvement of network technology, thedevelopment of e-commerce has been overwhelming, with the result of express industry’sstanding out. Express industry, as a branch of the logistics industry, become a popular sunriseindustry with a high-speed development, while relying on the rapid growth of the logisticsindustry. However, there are many factors restricting its development for the reason ofChina’s short-term express market and immaturity. Credit problem is one of the factors torestrict its development. Due to the immeasurable economic loss, the enterprises, experts andscholars pay more attention to the industry credit problem.This topic firstly describes credit’s research background and significance, and organizesmaterials about quality credit domestic and overseas. Secondly, it introduces the relevanttheoretical knowledge of express and analysis the current statuation of express industry in ourcountry and the causes to the problem. Then by the express enterprise classification andevaluation indicators as the basis, and access to a large number of literature data, combiningprevious research results, preliminary build express enterprise credit evaluation system. Thenthis study based on the factor analysis method to set up the express companies’ preliminary incredit index evaluation system. Based on the two points of view, express delivery businesscustomers and managers, I use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine each indexweight in evaluation index system, and set S Express Company for example, to evaluate S’credit level.
