During the rapid development process, the construction enterprises consume a lotof energy, and the carbon produced by them gradually hinders the growth of theindustry economic. Regarding the construction industry emission reductionenergy-saving adjustment as a breakthrough point, the author explores the relationshipamong the construction of energy consumption, carbon emissions, and economic growthso as to make it more effective to promote the economic rational growth.According to the research results of the construction industry carbon emissions andeconomic growth both in domestic and abroad, combining with the actual situation inShaanxi Province, the author analyses current situation of the construction industry inShaanxi province, such as carbon emissions, energy consumption and economic growth,and uses the Kuznets curve theory to predicts the development of the relationshipamong energy consumption, economic growth and carbon emissions. The results showthat the curve is long-standing inverted U type, and it is far from the ideal point distance;secondly, Second, the paper, utilizing the Decoupling Theory, analyzed the impact stateand impact degree of carbon emissions and energy consumption in the constructionindustry of Shaanxi Province on the economic growth, showing that the impact statemainly expressed as relative decoupling, and the degree is obviously inadequate, farfrom absolute decoupling state. Third, the paper employed the LMDIfactor-decomposition method to analyze the affect degree of economic growth andenergy consumption in the construction industry in Shaanxi Province on carbon emissions, revealing that the affect degree differences of various factors are large, inwhich economic development and energy consumption structure increase carbonemissions, yet the intense of the latter is far smaller than that of the former; yet theenergy consumption mainly plays a role of curbing the carbon emissions. In the end, weproposed some proposals, aiming at ameliorating the currency of energy conservationand emission reduction in Shaanxi Province, respectively from the prospective of thegovernment and the sector.On one hand, this study provides a reference to the relevant policy guidance in theconstruction industry in Shaanxi province and even the whole economic development ofShaanxi, in order to turn Shaanxi a building province, on the other hand, it can advancethe mode transformation in divers industries in Shaanxi Province and havecomprehensive economic level improved significantly, which has an important practicalsignificance.
