With the completion of construction of AJTD hotel and the ending of trial operation,the new international four-star hotel invested by Chinese enterprises comes to a completenew operational environment.Based on the detailed analysis of AJTD hotel own condition, this study has producedan full analysis on the strength and weakness report in the competitive market. Alsoillustrated and concluded a proper market strategy should be taken after full analysisthrough the SWOT metrics on the market environment and the hotel market segmentation,competitors analysis.Within the competitive environment, the strategy implemented by AJTD hotel duringthe pre-opening period could not cope with the impact from competitors. To some extent,the existing market strategy failed to cope with the competitiveness. Therefore, based onthe present situation of AJTD hotel marketing analysis, with the findings of itsshortcomings, this study has put forward a more practical marketing strategy, andformulate the relevant implementation measures.
