With the clear picture of the Twelfth Five-year Plan, Chinesegovernment have decided to speed up modernization of agricultureindustry in order to increase the working efficiency. Therefore, demand ofdifferent agriculture machines, especially high horse power machineswould be increase inevitably. But at the same time, Company A is facingbusiness restructure, old supply chain and any other problems which hinderthe development of them.This thesis would use PEST model firstly to introduce the socialbackground of agriculture industry and supply base. Then with thestructure change of Company A, thesis will continue to describe the currentsituation of Company A including purchasing and supply managementcharacteristic, supplier situation, cost level and stock management. Thirdly,the content of restructure of company A would be described. Last but not lease, this thesis would summary the main challenge of company Aaccording to social background, current situation, new businessrestructuring.This thesis would use AHP method to analyze the supplier selection,presents purchasing strategy to increase the competition according to fourcommodities and describe how to control the stock and shorten the leadtime in company A under new business structure.This thesis through the actual case study, will make use for referencefor company A to increase supply chain competence, standardizepurchasing activity and reduce the stock.
