The level of development of equipment manufacturing industry reflects thecountry’s technological and industrial strength, largely dominated the developmentdirection of the industry. Our equipment manufacturing enterprises widespread lowproductivity, new product development cycle is longer, large single piece prototypeand small batch production coexist, unstable product quality, lack of competitivenesson the market and other issues, in the context of economic globalization, productdevelopment and efficient conduct face more severe challenges. By "integration", theuse of IT technology to enhance the international competitiveness of China’sequipment manufacturing enterprises, has great practical significance.This paper aims to question the process of implementation of risk, you mayencounter by analysis equipment manufacturing IT projects to AHP, Delphi methodbased on building a model, developed a complete set of suitable equipmentmanufacturing IT projects risk identification, risk assessment, risk response is aneffective way to improve the success rate of IT project construction.Based on the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry developedmanagement from the perspective of the whole life-cycle characteristics andimplementation of IT project risk identification; thus introducing a combination ofqualitative and quantitative fuzzy AHP to establish risk assessment model, themulti-risk, not precise description of the boundary is not clear risk situation describedby way of fuzzy sets and calculated the quantitative results, to reduce the influence ofsubjective risk assessment results; then sorted according to the risk weighting of riskassessment obtained, formulated the principles of risk response and objectives,establish relevant coping strategies, thereby reducing the probability of the risk,reduce the risk of severity of consequences. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of using theDelphi method to verify the risk response plan, analyze, to ensure that all responseoptions to achieve the target risk response, thereby reducing or effectively circumventthe equipment manufacturing enterprises in IT project implementation risk and improve the success rate of IT project implementation. Finally, an example of thefeasibility of these risk management methods were proven. This paper has establishedprocesses and methodologies equipment manufacturing IT project risk management,and laid a foundation for further in-depth study.
