Study On Project Management&Risk Management For B Company’s Development Of Fuel Injection System

Nowadays as technology of auto products develops rapidly and the automarket becomes more competitive, there are much more kinds of auto productsgoing into market with short time. It inspires auto product company to advancethe ability of development and management. In order to shorten developmenttime, decrease project cost and improve the advantage of product, a lot ofcompanies use project management with product development project.Based on the theory of project management and product developmentprocedure of B company, in the analysis of the current product developmentproject of vehicle fuel injection system for B Company, it proposed projectmanagement should be applied to development of vehicle fuel injection systemwith the features of this development projects and theory of project management.The paper does application study on project management including projectorganization, schedule management, cost management, change management andrisk management with one development project for fuel injection system in BCompany.At last the paper analyses and puts forward some proposals on application ofproject management methods to the problems during fuel injection systemdevelopment project from project scope, project communication and ability ofproject manager. The above study and proposals of project management havesome reference for development project of fuel injection system in B Company.
