Study On Development Planning Of Harbin Agricultural Machinery Industry Park

China is a large agricultural country, so agriculture has always been thefoundation of China’s national economy, and plays a very important protectionrole of China’s economic and social development. The agricultural mechanizationis one kind of symbol of agricultural development level because of its intrinsicsuperiority in the agricultural production. At the same time, the agriculturalmechanization is one of the important contents of China’s industrialization.Heilongjiang province is the biggest commodity grain production base, and theper capita share of cultivated land in China takes the first place. Because fewerpeople and more land planted, agricultural machinery to play the role ofHeilongjiang’s agricultural production is of great significance. Bec ause of thegood agricultural environment, there is a big increase in demand for agriculturalmachineries. However, the manufacturing capacity, marketing capability andoperational training capability of agricultural machineries still lag far behindmany of demand to agricultural machineries. As the provincial capital ofHeilongjiang，the development of agricultural machinery industry in Harbin willpromote the development of agricultural machinery industry of the wholeprovince. In this situation, Harbin Agricultural Machinery Industry Park isestablished and obtains planning and development.In this paper, development planning of Harbin Agricultural MachineryIndustry Park is been studied，by carrying out the theories and methods inIndustry Economics and Strategic Management, with analyzing tools includeSWOT and PEST Analysis.The frame of thesis is built, by the introducing to the background andsummarizing the literatures of Industry Park. This article first comprehensivelyanalyzes both the inside and outside environment that the agricultural machineryindustry is facing, and the opportunities and threatens it faces are given. Internalconditions of Harbin Agricultural Machinery Industry Park are analysed andevaluated, and then the advantages and some of the problems of HarbinAgricultural Machinery Industry Park are shown. Based on the above researches,the overall development planning programme of Harbin Agricultural Machinery Industry Park is given, and the policies of planning, the development goal s andEmphases are drawn up. Based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis ofSWOT, the strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities and threats are all shown,and then the development planning strategies of Harbin Agricultural MachineryIndustry Park are summarized.
