Research On Integrated Management Of Investment And Cost For The Zhongyuan Oilfield Branch

The integrated management of investment and cost is an important element in reservoirmanagement. As oilfield production and operation activities have become increasinglycomplex and diverse factors, our segmentation management of investment and cost of oilfieldenterprises in operation have been mutual contradictions, such as crowding out investmentand cost. How to implement the integrated management of investment and cost, has becomethe focus of attention of China’s oilfield enterprises. Integrated management of investmentand cost has a very important role to improve the management level and economic benefits ofthe oilfield enterprises.In this paper, based on the analysis of relevant scholars at home and abroad, theorganization of the research results, the integrated management of investment and costdefined, analysed the role of integrated management of investment and cost in oilfieldenterprises. The focus of this article is to study the integrated management of investment andcost of reservoir management mode. In China’s oil enterprises, the integrated management ofinvestment and cost could not be implemented.This paper on the basic profiles, investment management and cost management presentsituation analysis of Zhongyuan oilfield branch, found the existing problems, raised thefeasibility and necessity of implementation of integrated management of investment and cost.This paper elaborate integrated management of investment and cost’s connotation, principleand basic idea for the Zhongyuan oilfield branch, on this basis, in building an initiallyintegrated management of investment and cost’s system from the responsibility system,operating system, control system and evaluation system the four aspects of the system to carryout preliminary work. Finally, the Zhongyuan oilfield branch’s implementation of integratedmanagement of investment and cost require cost management, investment management, andexploration and development integration support with concept, human resources andinformation systems as safeguards.In this paper, the analysis of integrated management of investment and cost forZhongyuan oilfield branch use the method of literature review and field research, combinedwith the actual situation of the Zhongyuan Oilfield branch in the research. The research can provide a more practical reference for other oilfield enterprises to carry out integratedmanagement of investment and cost.
