Harbin Branch of Industrial Bank was established in2008.Its goal is to servethe economy in Heilongjiang Province.On the basis of sustainable development inthe quality and benefits, Harbin Branch of Industrial Bank continues to expand thescale and improve performance. Meanwhile, with the constantly changing ofeconomic situation and aggravation of market competition environment, it alsoappears a series of questions in the process of rapid development. Human resourcemanagement issues are particularly prominent,such as the weakness of HumanResource Management Strategic Planning,the old pay system, lack of effectivehuman resource assessment and incentives, to be strengthened corporate culture andlack of talent reserves, etc. Therefore, the application of human resource theory tosolve these problems and the corresponding countermeasures is the most importanthuman resource management. This paper mainly does the following research workareas:Firstly, this paper researches the theory of human resource management, thecharacteristics and development trend of modern human resourcesmanagement,which is based on the clear human resource management concepts,meaning and characteristics. The deeply study of the factors affecting humanresource management provides a strong theoretical basis for the Industrial Bank ofHarbin Branch on Human Resources Management.Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of human resourcemanagement and studies the internal and external environment about chinaIndustrial Bank Harbin Branch; It summarizes the characteristics of human resourcemanagemen and uses the SWOT analysis method; It proposes four main issues ofchina Industrial Bank Harbin Branch on human resources management to be solved,and in-depth analysis of the cause of the problem.Finally, the main problem for the Harbin branch of the Industrial Bank ofHuman Resources Management in proposed management strategies. In the perfectincentive and remuneration system, the introduction of a variety of incentivemechanisms in combination, and the introduction of self-pay system. In terms ofhuman resources management strategic planning, put forward the basic principlesand objectives formulated and put forward practical implementation steps. In termsof human resources evaluation system, the KPI approach has been re-designed. Inshaping corporate culture, proposed to shape the people-oriented corporate culture,and proposed three specific measures.Through these studies, it is to promote human resources management level inChina Industrial Bank HARBIN Branch, and to provide protection for the branch to achieve rapid and sustainable development.
