In the1980s, the economic globalization gradually arise, the world hasentered the post industrialized and informational era. With the global division oflabor development, especially the wide development of intra product division,which has a profound impact on the development of small and medium-sizedenterprises, thus professional small and medium enterprises are increasinglyactive in the international market. Under the effect of global market mechanism,small and medium-sized enterprises of our country gradually develop, whichplay a decisive role in the melting into the global division of labor system of ourcountry and enhancing our international competitiveness. With the deepeningand expanding development of global labor division, the small and medium-sized enterprise has a broad market and opportunities, but due to the naturalcharacteristics of "defect", the growing of globalization by "oneself" comes withsustainable development, it is also facing fierce competition and challenge. Todeal with those difficulties, small and medium-sized enterprises not only need togive full play to its advantage, also need the help outside, besides the support ofthe government, the intervention of intermediary organizations is also extremelyimportant. Under the uncertain circumstances, the decisive role of intermediaryorganizations is more and more obvious, the intermediary organization is theimportant path of the small and medium-sized enterprises to be international.The international activities of SME’s sustained and healthy development can’t becarried out without the promotion and aids of intermediary organizations,therefore, research on the problem of the international growth of small andmedium-sized enterprise is particularly important and has urgent realisticmeanings.Based on the global value chain, this study defines and classifies theconnotation of intermediary organizations. By the study of expanding theinternational market for small and medium-sized enterprises, and of reducing ofintermediary sales, linked with the international market of psychologicaldistance to explore the effect of intermediary organizations to theinternationalization growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises. Andbuild the model of the significance of intermediary organizations to theinternationalization growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises, and through investigation, empirical analysis to analysis the vital significance ofintermediary organizations to the internationalization growth of the small andmedium-sized enterprises from the perspective of theory and practice. At thesame time, countermeasures of the development of the intermediaryorganizations are put forward to promote the growth of small and medium-sizedenterprises.
