Environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction hasbeen put on the agenda, the state’s policy will promote the development of environmentalprotection industry, water treatment industry chain will benefit.With the development of economy, China’s water industry has a huge growth space withlong-term investment value. This paper is to analyze the effects of various factors onthe listing Corporation stock prices, then through the model calculation to reasonably valuatethe company.Firstly, give a brief introduction about the water treatment industry.Secondly according to the characteristics of the water treatment industry, divide the watertreatment corporations according to three main business modes: water treatment operatecompany, water treatment engineering company, water treatment product company.Thirdly,use three different stock valuation methods, such as Free Cash Flow model, PE/PB model，Multi factor model，to value the corporations. Then select three corporations, such as BeijingCaptial Co.,Ltd, Nanjing CEC Environmental Protection Co., Ltd, Tianji Motimo MembraneTechnology Co.，Ltd. According to the most appropriate model, value and analysis the valueof the corporations. At last, I hope to add some valuation methods of corporationin water treatment industry and provide some positive and meaningful suggestions forinvestors.
