30years of reform and opening up, China’s small and medium enterprises and privateeconomy is developing rapidly, has become an important force in China’s economic andsocial development. But behind the high-speed development, small and mediumenterprises are also facing low level of enterprise management, market competition abilityis weak, the financing difficulty, the accounting system is not perfect etc.. Small andmedium-sized enterprises need from the perfect development mechanism, improve thequality of enterprises and management innovation, enhance their own strength.Wuhan MK trade limited company is an agent for air purifier products for the mainbusiness of the company, as the annual sales of about4000000Yuan in the small andmedium-sized private enterprises, in its rapid development has also inevitably encounteredoperating and management difficulties, and these problems also exist in many small andmedium enterprises. The authors hope that through the in-depth study of Wuhan MK tradelimited company, find out a development for other small and medium-sized privateenterprises from the road.Firstly, compared with the research on the development status of domestic andforeign small and medium-sized private enterprises, focus on the competitive environmentof small and medium-sized private enterprises in China is analyzed. Then the researchobject of this paper-Wuhan MK Trade Co., the company’s organizational structure,personnel arrangement, the main business are introduced in detail, enumerates thecompany appeared in the present stage of development with difficulty and problemrepresentation. Then the company’s household cleaner industry competition environmentand channel characteristics are expounded, combined with MK company’s owncharacteristics of Wuhan the company’s strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities,threat analysis, obtains four kinds of model of competition strategy choice.
