Since the1980s,accompanied by the rapid development of the economy and theinvasion of foreign culture continuously, greatly improved people’s living standards,lifestyles and consumption attendant concept has undergone enormous changes.As animportant identity of social form, clothing is already derived from a single species todiversification subdivision model. On the other hand, the production of technologicalinnovation and improvement makes working hours shortened, family life has become animportant integral part of people’s lives, and the way of dressing has gradually attractedpeople’s interest in family life. Products are under this environment, for creating a warm,comfortable living environment has an important significance.However, due to Chinese home furnishing started late, rapid evolution, and deeplyinfluenced by the "Made in China", making home service industry appear similar styles,fabrics similar pattern similarities and consumer attitudes is not strong, poor access,consumers into polarization and many other issues, home furnishing unable to meet thedemands of consumers, not only that, the low value-added home furnishing also makesthe domestic market cannot get better develop. Therefore, how to increase the addedvalue to meet consumer demand home furnishing companies become a major problem.This topic is selected the most representative Shantou home furnishing and BeijingQi Rui Clothing Co., Ltd. as the main object of study, aspects of the history of homeservice development around its core structure consisting of home service marketcharacteristics Shantou area, Qi Rui brand analysis, etc. research, focusing on the mainhome service brands, Shantou, and Qi Rui home furnishing depth research throughquestionnaires and SWOT analysis, summarized the current issue home furnishingmarket presence, as well as the advantages of the future direction of the brand homefurnishing Qi Rui, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges.
