Internetfinancial is a new concept,2013is the first year of the Internet financial,Internet Financial connotation and mode in the constant change and development. Inrecent years, all kinds of the Internet financial service modelwas born, had a greatinfluence on the traditional financial industry. The Internet has become the focus of allfinancial.The Internet Finance and e-commerce is not divided, on the basis of this, thispaper selects Alibaba group as example, attempts to Alibaba group three big internetfinancial business SWOT analysis, and put forward some feasible suggestions for thedevelopment of China’s commercial banks. This paper firstly introduces the definitionand characteristics of the Internet financial, then introduces the general situationAlibaba group and related to Internet Banking (Electronic Payment, Ali OnlineMicro-Credit and Yu Ebao). Then the three largest Internet financial business SWOTanalysis, relevant information through the collected, further analysis of the causes ofthe rapid development of Internet banking, analyzes these three internet financialbusiness impact on the traditional commercial bank operation in China, points out thatthe Internet financial business competes with the traditional commercial bankanywhere. Finally, on the basis of the Internet financial analysis to our countrycommercial bank challenge, to the development of commercial banks in China andputs forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
