The Research On Negative Information Processing In Secretary Field

Collection, classification and arrangement of related information, is an important task for asecretary. Complete information is composed of positive information and negativeinformation. At present, in the process of information processing, we mostly focused on thepositive information and ignored the negative information, which is a disadvantage ingrasping the situation comprehensively and making decisions reasonably for the relateddepartment or the leader.Currently, the development of information era has been proposing high demand ofsecretary to process information, especially “negative” messages. It is a new study forSecretary to process information will, except for general information, especially should learnto analyze, identify and handle the “negative” information.Based on the above-mentioned situation, this paper regards information processing ofsecretary as the breakthrough point and pays attention to studying the topic how to process“negative” information well for a secretary. Firstly, this paper discriminates the meaning of“negative” information by analyzing the current situation of processing “negative”information of secretary department. Then, this paper explores the law of processinginformation for secretaries and finds the optimal method processing “negative” informationby combining several practices of processing “negative” information coming from tax system.Finally, to raise secretaries’ working efficiency and their own quality, this paper proposessome referencing suggestions for secretaries in information processing.
