Study On Property Income Growth Mechanism Of Rural Residents In Guangdong Under The Background Of Urbanization

Raising rural income levels and reducing the income gap between urban andrural residents is the key to solve the “san nong wen ti”. The property income is animportant part of the total income of rural residents, has great potentiality of growth,could be expected to become a good breaking point of improving the income of ruralresidents. This article focuses on the formation mechanisms of property income ofrural residents in Guangdong Province under the background of urbanization, tries tofind the right direction to improve the income of rural residents in GuangdongProvince.This paper is divided into six parts, as follows: The first chapter introduces theresearch background, significance and purpose. The second chapter is literaturereview. This chapter summarizes the literature of domestic and foreign scholars aboutproperty income of rural residents. The third chapter tries to define the relatedconcepts about property income for rural residents. Some Related concepts aboutproperty income of rural residents will be defined. The fourth chapter analyses thestatus quo of property income of rural residents in Guangdong Province and the levelof urbanization of Guangdong Province. This chapter conducts a lot of comparisonabout property income of rural residents of Guangdong Province, for example, thelongitudinal comparison of historical data, the horizontal comparison with otherprovinces, the comparison of internal differences between different rural areas inGuangdong province, and the comparison between urban and rural areas. The fifthchapter studies the relationship between property income of rural residents inGuangdong Province and the level of urbanization of Guangdong Province on thebasic of data and analysis the problems which hinder the growth of property of ruralresidents of Guangdong. The last chapter is about the conclusions andrecommendations. This chapter gives conclusions on the basis of foregoing analysisand makes relevant policy recommendations.The research found that the improving of the level of urbanization of Guangdong province promotes the growth of property income of rural residents in Guangdong.But the existence of problems that the land and real estate systems have flaws, ruralfinancial environment is poor, the level of education of rural residents is too low curbthe further release of the growth potential of property income of rural residents inGuangdong province.
