The project feasibility study is a phase of the project the key document, is adecisive work before the construction project, refers to the projects related to natural,social, economic, technology research, analysis and prediction after the completionof the social and economic benefits. On this basis,the comprehensive demonstration ofthe necessity of project construction,financial profitability, economic rationality,possibility and feasibility of technical advancement and adaptability and constructionconditions, and to provide the scientific basis for investment decision.The development of automobile industry in recent years, especially the rapidadvance auto parts industry, in the automotive industry project feasibility research andmany researchers. In this paper,the general process of project feasibility study to makethe introduction, the key part of feasibility study of export auto parts industry. Thispaper first introduces the basic situation of project feasibility theory development andpractice at home and abroad,explains the construction project investment theory andrisk management theory. Based on the necessity of Tao Auto body parts and chassisparts and other metal parts production projects are analyzed, the feasibility on the basisof project investment evaluation method of financing mode and project financialliquidity of investment estimation and fund of the project are discussed, and themethods of risk management theory discusses the risk may exist in the in theconstruction of investment and risk aversion measures. At the end of the project areanalyzed and evaluated the overall feasibility,summarizes the conclusion and putsforward relevant management suggestions.
