The Study On The Problems Of Rural Financial Services Base On The Perspective Of Farmers’ Needs

In recent years, as the advancement of market-based reform of state-ownedcommercial banks, state-owned commercial banks merge the township outlets insuccession, on the one hand, the demand for financial capital of rural residents risesincreasingly, on the other hand, the phenomenon of farmers "loans difficult" is outstanding,the structure of the rural financial supply and demand is sharp and the rural financialproblems become the bottleneck of restricting the development of rural economy. In recentyears, the state attaches great importance to the rural financial problems, with relatedpolicies improving rural financial environment, promoting the sustained and healthydevelopment of rural finance. Based on this, from the perspective of demand of farmers,this paper is aimed at studying Jiangxi rural financial services,the situation of supply anddemand of rural credit services in Jiangxi province as the main research content. Throughthe structure of supply and demand of rural financial services in Jiangxi province andcharacteristics, the study has found that the current situation of Jiangxi province ruralfinancial services is difficult to meet the demand of growing financial services of ruralresidents, the dual financial structure exists for a long time, the folk finance free from therural finance and rural property right system of financing bottleneck is to crack. This paper,taking Jiangxi forest right financing as the breakthrough point, analyzes the influencingfactors of forest right mortgage policy demand and degree of satisfaction, further points outthat the main problems of rural financial services in Jiangxi province, puts forward that thedevelopment of rural financial services need to cultivate a good market environment,actively guides the folk finance specification development and actively explores thesuggestions of rural financial policy, so as to solve the problem of rural financial services,promote the rural financial development and speed up building a harmonious socialistsociety.
