Steel listed corporation is representative of the highest-quality businesses of theentire steel industry, how to identify the risk from these listed corporation on stockinvestment, how the risk assessment on the listed corporation by availabled data. Inthis paper,23listed corporation from Chinese steel plate are the object of study,evaluate the risk of Chinese steel listed corporation on stock investment.Firstly, this paper summarizs research status of evaluation methods andevaluation index of stock investment risk evaluation;secondly, securities market risk,portfolio of financial assets, exchange rates and other aspects about the Copulafunction are summarized. Then, this paper analyzes risk of steel listed corporationstock investment from listed corporation and the steel plate index,based on actualdata.Finally, this paper use the Copula function to carry on the research of steel listedcorporation on stock investment risk and management association. These index aresteel plate index and total operating income, total operating costs, total profit, netprofit, pay staff salary, total revenue and total operating costs, the total businessincome and pay staff salary, total operating costs and net profit, net profit and copewith the relationship between workers’ compensation, it analyzes the influence degreeamong indexes.The problem of steel listed corporation on stock investment has steel listedcorporation recovery slow, poor management, limited development, the fiercecompetition. Finally, this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures,strengthening the connotation construction, changing the current concept ofdevelopment, using external resources development.
