With the development of human society, the risk is also developing. Especially since the latter half of the20th century, many risk events had outbroken. In the economic sphere, Economic risk issues far beyond the scope of a country. In this context, the academia pay close attention to the research of risk management.The risk management culture is a class of culture, and combine risk culture with corporate culture. It is a new way to explore a new theory of improving the p effectiveness of enterprise risk management system. In recent years, financial risk events had frequently outbroken. In those events, these companies belong to the financial sector. On behalf of the country’s financial sector is the highest risk management system. So we must think about those accidents.I believe the reason why those accidents had taken place is that their risk management culture is imperfect. But many enterprises unilaterally emphasize on risk management system, and ignore their risk management culture. They are hard to improve their risk management capabilities.In my paper, author use the game theory as major research tool for game theory, and want to find the relationship of dominant risk management culture and implicit risk management culture.This paper include six parts. In the first part, I introduced some background information about this paper to readers; In the second part, I describe the meaning of the risk management culture at all respects; In the third part, this paper explain the composition of the risk management culture.and internal division of it; In the fourth part, I use game theory to analyze the relationship of dominant risk management culture and implicit risk management culture; At last part, based on the above conclusions, i make some suggestions to prove our enterprise’s risk management capabilities.
