As a new financing solution in China, inventory-based financing is in a stage of rapid development, and has become an important area of logistics enterprises and financial institutions. To mobilize the enthusiasm of logistics enterprises to maintain the security of the bank loan and consider the cost-benefit, some banks in business implement a unified credit mode instead of commissioned regulatory mode. Under the unified credit mode the credit, the bank allocates credit lines to logistics enterprises, and logistics enterprises develop their own inventory-based financing business on actual condition. The bank will only charge capital gains set by Prior Consultation.Part of the autonomy is given to logistics enterprises under unified credit mode, which simplifies operating procedures, and increases the flexibility of logistics enterprises to support the operation of the Borrower. Therefore, this model is relatively common to carry out in our country at this stage. Thus, the analysis of the risk control of logistics enterprises to develop unified credit mode has a certain significance. This article describes the domestic and international relevant research and the development of inventory-based financing.
