Study Of Inter-sectors Technology Spillover Effect

As an dominant sector，industry is of vital importance in national economic．In generaltechnology is mainly derived from the following three aspects-self-renovation，technology transferand technology spillover．While Guang Xi province have to face the harsh reality that lower RDfund density,lower proportion of enterprises which have launched RD activity and lacking of highquality researchers，as a result self-inovation does little effect on the advance of technology inindustry sectors．Expense on technology transaction when compared with average level in china,what’s worse the imported technology make little difference to the advance of technology，but thetechnology advanced relatively rapidly during the past decade in industry segment sectors，and it ismainly attribute to spillover between sectors．So it makes sense to make a detail research on themechanism of spillover between sectors， diagnose factors that may affect spillover effect atinter-sectors level and it’s mechanism and proposed some strategies to decrease the cost of spilloverand improve the efficiency of spillover．Combined with panel regression method the author made an empirical analysis on inter-sectorsspillover effect from the perspective of macro and micro level，the research demonstrated that thereexist significant spillover effect at the level of inter-sectors in Guang Xi province，neverthelessfluctuate a lot among sectors，some sectors showed significant spillover effect，while some othershave showed neglect spillover effect，technology progress of related industry did not accelerated thetechnology progress process but on the contrary．Taking factors that affect inter-sectors spillover effect and it’s mechanism into consideration，utilized panel regression method and date set of15industrial segment sectors in Guang Xiprovince，the author made an empirical analysis on the relationship between influential factors andinter-sector spillover effect，the analysis demonstrated that，reasonable technology gap，enoughagglomeration and market contest promoted the spillover effect at inter-sector level，but due to lowerhuman resource which is related to the absorb capability，spillover effect at inter-sector fade next tothe level it should be．．At last，according to the result of empirical analysis，and mechanism of affectfactors to the effect of spillover between sectors，the author proposed some strategies of stronglypertinency，operability and feasibility to improve the technology spillover effect between sectors．...
