In recent years, Internet technology and mobile communication technology is experiencing a rapid development. In the meanwhile, commercial banks offer wider and wider range of services, of which mobile phone banking has become a new profit growth point. In China, mobile phone banking industry is still in the early stage of development, but the rapid growth indicts the tremendous prospects of the industry. As a new business, the market diffusion law of current mobile phone banking is worth studying.Based on the former research on mobile phone banking, the paper focuses on the market diffusion of this newly developing industry. According to the empirical results, the paper forecasts the efficiency of China’s mobile phone banking services as well as the peak volume of customers. The paper predicts that China’s mobile phone banking users would climb to over600million in the year of2020. The paper also researches on how the internal and external factors influence on the market diffusion of services. In the light of prediction, the paper then concentrates on the strategies of ICBC mobile phone banking.
