The Study On Risk And Regulatory Legal System Of The Agent Office For Postal Savings Bank Of China

The agent office for POSTAL SAVINGS BANK OF CHINA is permitted by China Banking Regulatory Commission, obtains Financial License, and majors in some banking business. It’s the Reforming product. The researches outside are focus on the postal savings’forms, and inside are focus on the risk and management. This paper bases on the present situation in Ziyang City, concerns the agent relationship and association relationship between the CHINA POST and the POSTAL SAVINGS BANK OF CHINA, and analyzes the influence of the two relationships above on the agent office for POSTAL SAVINGS BANK OF CHINA. In the end, this paper put forward some legal suggestions according to the influence.
