Research On Quality Management Of Internal Auditing Of Agricultural Bank Of China

With the development of our financial market and the trend of internationalization, the internal control system of commercial bank will also continue to improve and strengthen the internal auditing, as an important part of the internal control system, its function and effect are further improved. How to effectively carry out the audit quality management to ensure the fulfillment of the audit function is an important problem to solve. In this paper, the internal audit system of Agricultural Bank China and related auditing practice as example, try from the internal audit quality management framework, objectives, priorities and characteristics of multi dimension analysis of related management present situation, sum up its internal audit quality management problems; and according to the domestic and foreign related research theory and experience, combined with the objective reality the allocation of resources, from, basic management, innovation, team construction, system construction and the audit culture are discussed.
