Human capital theory tells us that training is an important source ofcompetitive advantage and is an important part of human capital investment. Infact, Training investors not only concerned about the quality of trainees learning,but more concerned about the economic benefits generated by the training. Buthow much economic benefit of training can provide? This problem has not yetbeen satisfactorily resolved, the reason for this is the lack of specialized methodscan be effective for the economic evaluation of corporate training, How to assessthe economic benefits of training in business management activities have becomeone of the problems. So to solve this problem for more accurate accounting oftraining benefits, optimize human capital investment, to maximize thedevelopment of human resources has an important role; to enhance theircompetitiveness and achieve the strategic objectives of the organization isimportant.In this context, this dissertation analyzes ZS company for the study. First,From the three aspects of costs, revenues, comprehensive, benefits trainingeconomic evaluation system has been designed, and from the perspective ofeconomic efficiency based on the relationship of training, training costs, trainingbenefits, ZS company training economic benefit evaluation model to carry on theoverall design. Secondly, the training costs are measured for the detailed designprocess, and make sure the company training costs constitute project. Accordingto the need of solving the problem and the analysis of both the objectivity,difficulty of the operation to select the historical cost method and opportunitycost method as measurement methods of training costs. It provides the basis forthe measurement of training costs. Thirdly, according to the new theory ofeconomic growth and human capital theory, as well as the improved effectivelabor model, the training evaluation methods about revenue is detailed designed. The dissertation formulates H-type production function, and build training benefitassessment based on a theoretical model H-type production function. On thisbasis, through the choice of the actual data business for nearly a decade,empirical model for training revenue has been made gray relational analysis andcausality test, and through regression analysis the parameters of the empiricalmodel for the evaluation of training benefits has been decided. Finally, usingeconomic evaluation model to assess training in economic benefits nearly threeyears and analyze the results of its assessment, the company realizes theeconomic benefits of effective training evaluation.
