Therefore, it is necessary for theCentral Plains Urban Agglomeration to accurately scientifically evaluate the ability of undertakingindustrial transfer to discover its advantages and disadvantages and make its improvements. Therefore, thisarticle from the perspective of the industry Undertaking Places, making Central Plains UrbanAgglomeration as the research object, uses principal component analysis to evaluate the ability of theCentral Plains Urban Agglomeration comprehensively undertaking industrial transfer by constructing theindex system. It is aimed at improving the ability of the Central Plains Urban Agglomerationcomprehensively undertaking industrial transfer, and ultimately optimizing and upgrading industrialstructure,extending the industrial chain, increasing the competitiveness of the regional economy, and thuspromoting the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone and realizing central China strategy byundertaking industrial transfer. Firstly, the paper gives a brief introduction about the concepts of the industrial transfer, and fromthe Angle of factors influencing the industry transfer, reviews the related research at home and abroad, andmakes a brief comment on the domestic scholars study progress on the capability of the industry transfer.Secondly, from the perspective of GDP, per capita GDP and the amount of foreign capital utilization, itdescribes the relative position of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration in the four urban agglomerationof the central position, and find that the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration is first in total and is at lowdevelopment level in the per capita level, but has been leading in the amount of foreign capital utilization,far in the lead. In addition, from the total amount of use of domestic and foreign and industry distribution,etc, the paper briefly introduces the status quo of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration undertakingindustrial transfer in recent years. It finds that the amount of utilizing foreign capital is extremelyunbalanced for every city of the Central Plains cities, and the amount of utilizing foreign capital ofZhengzhou is much higher than other cities, but its industry structure of utilizing foreign capital is moreand more reasonable. Then, on the base of previous studies, combining with the Central Plains UrbanAgglomeration own situation, the paper chooses the five-level indicators,27secondary indicators toconstruct an evaluation index system of industrial transfer capabilities. In the end, it evaluates and analyzesthe ability of undertaking industrial transfer and gives a sort for the Central Plains Urban Agglomerationusing the principal component analysis (pca). It evaluates and analyzes the ability of undertaking industrytransfer for every city of the Central Plains cities, and analyzes the advantages and Weaknesses. Then thepaper gives a comparative analysis for the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration, Wuhan UrbanAgglomeration, Ring of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration and Wan Jiang UrbanAgglomeration. And being based on it, the paper gives five gradients for the ability of undertakingindustrial transfer, and find the cities in the third and fourth gradient of the Central urban agglomeration toomuch, affecting the overall acceptance capability of the industry transfer of the Central urbanagglomeration. Finally it gives the countermeasures and Suggestions for the central plains urbanagglomeration to improve the ability of its undertaking industry transfer and solve the problems in theprocess of industry transfer.
