Along with the development of computer technology, electronic commerceindustry has been developing rapidly. Electronic commerce as a new business model,academics, entrepreneurs get high attention. In this paper, based on the perspective ofsocial capital to influence factors as intermediary variables, probes into the path ofpersonal e-commerce venture performance enhancement.First of all, e-commerce, business performance to the individual has carried onthe definition, around entrepreneurial performance influence factors, social capital andentrepreneurial performance, has carried on the literature review. Studies have shownthat, based on the perspective of social capital, this paper discusses influence onentrepreneurial performance did not form a unified conclusion, remains to be furtherempirical research; At the same time, the personal e-commerce professional researchis relatively small, entrepreneurial performance of the mechanism of literature needstheoretical exploration.Secondly, based on the theoretical deduction, and puts forward the "social capital-performance influence factors-" entrepreneurial performance theory researchframework, research hypotheses are put forward. This paper will be divided intostructural capital, relational capital, social capital and cognitive capital threedimensions; The performance influence factors refining motivation for entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial opportunity identification and entrepreneurial resources for threedimensions. A total of seven assumptions are put forward.Then, based on the related research, build the social capital, the factorsinfluencing the performance and business performance scale. Based on themeasurement scale, compiled the survey questionnaire. To liaoning anshan, shenyang,dalian and other regions of personal e-commerce enterprises to carry out the research.Has obtained341valid samples, provides data support for testing hypotheses.Finally, based on the structural equation method, illustrates the social capital,performance, influence factors and the relationship between the entrepreneurialperformance, to verify the hypothesis. Research shows that: social capital byinfluencing the entrepreneur motivation and entrepreneurial opportunity identification,entrepreneurial resource impact to obtain personal e-commerce business performance,performance influence factors play a mediating role; Capital structure has a significantpositive influence on entrepreneurial opportunity identification, capital structure has asignificant positive influence on resource availability, relationship capital has asignificant positive influence on entrepreneurs motivation, cognitive capital hassignificant positive effects on entrepreneurial opportunity identification, entrepreneursmotivation has a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial performance,entrepreneurial opportunity identification has significant positive effects on business performance, entrepreneurial resource availability has significant positive effects onbusiness performance.
