Study On The Evolution And Influencing Factors Of Labor Share Of Henan Province

Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s economy is fast in the30years of development, even in the world’s second largest economy in2010. But the rapid development of economy also lead to a more serious structural contradiction, especially the unreasonable phenomenon highlights the national income distribution, unbalanced pattern of initial distribution of national income. Since1995, China’s labor income share decline year by year, by the year2007to reach the lowest level. Since1994, the labor remuneration of henan province proportion also dropped year by year, labor income imbalances buried a hidden danger to the economic development of henan province, people’s living standard is affected by the imbalance of income distribution. About how to realize the economic development and national Shared, The15th National People’s Congress put forward by allocation of factor of production, The18th National People’s Congress proposed "to improve the proportion of labor remuneration in primary distribution". As you can see, increasing the income of labor factor, make the national income distribution pattern tends to be reasonable, first time for long-term sustainable development of economy in our country and the realization of the "China dream" is of great significance.At home and abroad, the existing elements of the income distribution in this paper, on the basis of theoretical research on the influence factors of the labor income share change research, and taking Henan province as an example, on the basis of the elements of the income distribution theory of henan province from1991to2012, changes to make a basic description of work reward, at the same time with the changes in the labor income share in nationwide were analyzed, based on the theory to select the related influence factors, collect the macro data and by using econometric regression analysis method, empirical analysis indicates that the main influencing factors in henan province labor income share changes and influence degree. Based on the labor resources in henan province labor income share of the research, for our country reform of the income distribution system and improve the labor remuneration of policy to provide theory basis for reality.Empirical analysis it is concluded that, under the factors of globalization of the import and export trade accounts for the proportion and FDI than in henan province labor income share change is not significant, the influence of the economic structure under the factors of the tertiary industry proportion, capital deepening factors of capital output ratio, government intervention of government fiscal expenditure proportion factor, economic development level of per capita GDP, investment of human capital factors of college employment of more than ten thousand people in henan province labor income share changes are negative significant, the influence of the imperfect market competition factors affect the positive significant, no significant technical progress factor influence for negative. Finally on improving labor income share in henan province, this paper gives the transformation of the mode of trade, optimize the industrial layout, increasing human capital investment and improve the social security system policy recommendations.
