The Research On Development Problems Of Quick Frozen Food Industry In Henan Province

Henan Province has rich agriculture resources, at the same time, it has become the biggest quick-frozen food Province in China. Under the lead of famous brands, many new small and medium enterprises sprout up. However, as the rising competition in this field, many companies are more easily to take price war in order to gain the market. The advantages of Henan fast-frozen industry are gradually been caught up and surpassed by some other outside brands. Therefore, the urgent matters are to find the development problems of quick frozen food industry in Henan. Then, solve them timely, and create core competition power so that we can always be the leading role in this field.This thesis analyze current market situation of quick-frozen food industry in Henan Province from different aspects, point out the existing problems and suggests making changes and adjustments from different aspects. On the basis of consulting the relevant literature, this study also adopt various forms research tools such as On-site interviews, questionnaires. The study has a deeply analysis of the development of frozen food industry in Henan Province. It also point out some current issues and the future direction and strategies. After combing the relevant research status, this study analyzes the development and current situation of the frozen food industry in Henan Province. And then it analyzes the circumstances in Henan frozen food industry from various point of views, so it identifies some problems such as:The problem of overall industry environment, and the problem of companies’ development strategy in this industry, and the problems of distribution channels in quick-frozen food industry in Henan. Thus,we abtain that we need to learn more from the countries which have a evelotive quick-frozen food industry. Then, it analyze some countries which have developed quick-frozen food industry, summarize their experience for our reference in our future Business model innovation. At last, this thesis put forwards some personal suggestions to prompt development of Henan fast-frozen food industry:to expand various species, to build direct communications with consumers, to develop related fast food industry, to make E-commerce marketing and etc. Hope the suggestions in this thesis could make positive effects to the development of Henan Fast-frozen food industry in the future.
