Accountants are the most valuable human resources in accounting firms. It is a matter of success and failure for accounting firms, whether they possess resourceful and competitive talents.But in reality, most accounting firms because of the incentive mechanism are not perfect, leading to high turnover of staff, these are not only good for accounting firms’management, also affect their long-term development.How to retain talent, and be able to efficiently manage and motivate them to regard myself as the owners of the firm instead of employee, and do not think of myself as an employee of the accounting firm, has become the primary issues for human resources management in the accounting firm. This article on this subject, from the angle of human resource management mainly using the method of system analysis, comparative analysis, charting methods etc., through such means as interviews WX Accounting Firm analyzing existing problems in current incentive mode, knowing the causes of employees motivation are not well played in accounting firms. There are the main problems as follows in this article:(1)Inconformity the accounting firm" personal company " form.(2)Lack of standardized internal management system.(3)Ignoring the existence and development of human resources and intellectual capital, in response to these issues, and proposal of building the optimization of WX Accounting Firm staff incentive programs:(1)Focus on compensation strategy.(2)Advocating the implementation of performance management systems.(3)Creating good working environment, creating firms’culture.(4)Implementation of destination management and diversity organizational incentive policies to motivate comprehensively accounting Firm staff.(5)Focus on staff training and career development planning. In short, the purpose of this article is to motivate tuning mode to retain talent, training talent, developing talent, and playing talent’s active role, keep the firms bigger, stronger, be professional, and as a way building their own brands, shaping their own image, casting their own soul.
